In search of a challenge and a career change, Leonie left her corporate job in Human Resources to establish the Zen Sisters with her sister Sylvia. With an unwavering love of food and a penchant for creative cooking, it was time to establish this as a career rather than a side hobby.
Leonie has degrees in business and management and is the chief box ticker and form filler for the Zen Sisters Company.

Sylvia is the head foodie and chef for Zen Sisters.
Sylvia has been a chef for over 20 years and undertook her apprenticeship at the Heritage Hotel (now known as the Stamford Plaza). Sylvia has worked at some of the biggest restaurants and hotels in Brisbane. She knows her food and knows it well!
